Amber Waldref is a first-time candidate running for the open Spokane City Council seat. Amber grew up in the district, went to the local high school blocks away, and her husband now teaches school there.
Amber has a deep commitment to environmental issues and understands that a healthy environment is critical for a strong economy in Spokane. She currently works for the Lands Council, and spent time with Heart of America before that.
