Bruce Harrell has had several environmental accomplishments in his time on the Council. As Chair of the Energy Committee, he has pushed Seattle City Light to double its conservation budget and preserve aquatic habitats surrounding its Skagit River hydropower projects. Looking forward, Bruce plans to continue supporting investments in transit services, including bus rapid transit, light rail, and streetcars.
