Cathy Lehman is an environmental champion in the truest sense.  Cathy has been a leader in responsible land use and Lake Whatcom protection for years as the Whatcom County Director of Futurewise.  She is a past board member of the WCV Whatcom Chapter Board and is committed to cleaning up Lake Whatcom, liveability in our neighborhoods, and downtown economic development.
