Chuck Davis is a current maritime attorney and has been an appointed Commissioner on the Washington Board of Pilotage for 11 years.  In his position as Commissioner he works to regulate and oversee pilotage of overseas ships and oil tanker tugs safely on Puget Sound water.  Davis has vast experience with environmental safety and policy writing and is active in the Coastal Conservation Association, a national fisheries conservation organization.
