Marlla Mhoon has served the residents of Covington since 2007 as a responsible, thoughtful Councilmember. She has worked to improve the quality of life of Covington’s residents by advocating for parks and the environment and ensuring that Covington’s natural areas remain beautiful and free of sprawl. Marlla is a strong leader who represents Covington regionally by co-chairing the Green/Duwamish Watershed Ecosystem Forum. She will continue to work with her fellow residents to realize their vision of a livable, prosperous community.
