Councilmember Steve Langer is a founder of Thurston Conservation Voters, the local WCV chapter (formerly Thurston Environmental Action League) and has been an environmental advocate and leader for decades.  As a board member of the Capitol Land Trust and many other community and environmental boards, Langer has been actively involved with many issues that affect the quality of life of Olympia’s families.
