The Annual Breakfast is the only political and environmental event of its kind each year in Washington.  As the Special Guest of the event, Chuck Todd will provide an insider's view to national politics.  For those who follow environmental politics his perspective on national politics is of particular relevance this fall as the US Senate is likely to take up the consideration of the American Clean Energy and Security Act in late September.
