Wild Links provides an amazing opportunity to share information on a landscape that is critical to wildlife in our region, while building relationships and placing each person or agency’s work into a larger context. This annual wildlife briefing for scientists, wildlife advocates, and others, was initiated by Conservation Northwest in 2007. Now in its third year, this stimulating gathering brings together policy makers, conservation organizations, scientists, funders, and interested citizens to coordinate efforts and share ideas for a better future for wildlife in the Pacific Northwest.
Participants at this year's Wild Links 2009 will focus on how do we better coordinate across the US and Canadian border for wildlife and wildlife habitat.
Registration opens in May. Registration will include accommodations at the campground (tent sites, yurts, and RV rentals), all meals, and the conference. Alternate accommodations are available at the nearby Nk’Mip Resort.
