Legislative Session
Washington Conservation Voters and the priorities process
Washington Conservation Voters works closely with our legislative partner the Washington Environmental Council and
collaborates with over a dozen of the state's leading environmental
groups prior to every legislative session to develop a common agenda,
known as the Environmental Priorities.
Environmental Community Hot List
Each week, Washington Conservation Voters distribute the Environmental Community Hot List for the State House and Senate to all legislators and their staff detailing the Environmental Priorities Coalition’s positions on no more than 10 bills in each chamber. Hot lists can be found on the left column of this page and will be updated weekly throughout the legislative session.
