Candidates
The vast majority of Washingtonians support stronger protections for our public health, land, water and natural areas. Voters want to know who will stand up for our environment and the values that make our way of life special in Washington. As a candidate for public office, you can connect to hundreds of thousands of environmental voters from Spokane to Seattle.
Washington Conservation Voters works across the state to elect and support environmentally-responsible candidates. Environmental voters make the difference in close elections, and our members and volunteers help campaigns with everything from doorbelling to phone calls. We regularly win over 70% of our endorsed races, a testament to our hard-working volunteers and campaign staff.
Endorsements
Washington Conservation Voters makes election endorsements in statewide, legislative, and local races. If you are a candidate or campaign manager please contact Program Director Brendon Cechovic at 206-631-2622 or brendon@wcvoters.org for more information.

State Legislative Scorecard
Thousands of environmental voters look to our Legislative Scorecard before casting their ballot on Election Day. Our 2007-2008 Scorecard will be released later this
spring.
Local Chapters
Our election endorsements and campaign work starts with our local chapters. We maintain a strong local presence in seven of the state’s nine
largest counties representing more than two-thirds of the state’s
population. Please contact one of the following chapters: Anacortes, Bainbridge Island, Clark, King, Kitsap, Snohomish, Thurston, or Whatcom. If your region is not represented, please contact Program Director Brendon Cechovic at 206-631-2622 or brendon@wcvoters.org for more
information.

"I vote for environmental issues because there is nothing more important for my children and my children's children than to leave them with a world that is much better off environmentally than it is now." - Dick Meyers, Owner of Traditions a Fair Trade Store in Olympia.
