Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code, but most attendees wear professional attire as many people are headed to work following the event. Take a look at photos from last year’s event.
The event is located at The Westin Seattle, 1900 5th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101.
The Westin Seattle offers both valet and self-parking in their adjacent garage facility. Valet parking is provided at the main entrance of the hotel, located on Westlake Avenue on the Sixth Avenue side of the hotel. Self-parking may be accessed from 6th Avenue between Stewart/Westlake and Virginia Street. 1-2 hours of valet parking is $20, $17 for self-park, 2-3 hours of valet parking is $24, $21 for self-park.
There are four King County Metro Bus stops that are on the same block as the Westin Hotel. You can plan your route here.
The South Lake Union Streetcar makes a stop right in front of the Bank of America, which is located right across the street from the Westin. The Streetcar runs approximately every 10-15 minutes.
Once you are inside, follow the direction signs that will direct you towards the Grand Ballroom.
Registration begins at 7:00 am, program begins at 7:30 am, event concludes by 9 am, VIP reception begins at 9:15 am.
Name tags will be arranged by last name. Please pick up your own, but resist the urge to pick up the name tags of your guests! While it may make it easier for some guests, it can add confusion to others.

- Harassment is grounds for removal from event, and prohibition from future events and activities affiliated with our organization.
- If you find yourself the target of harassment, or experience problematic behavior, please report this information to our staff and we will address the situation.
- We also ask that witnesses to inappropriate behavior take action – bystander engagement has proven to be one of the strongest deterrents as part of efforts to combat harassment.
